CONCORDIA Tranzit includes a Day Care Centre for children and youngsters, dedicated especially for those living in the Tranzit neighborhood in Prizren. The Centre is located in the outskirts of the city of Prizren, respectively in the Arbana / Tranzit neighborhood in the city. This Centre is visited daily by program users of all religions and different ethnic groups. The main focus of the Centre is to support the children and youngsters in their education through a well-tailored educative program which include support for completing homework and additional classes which are held in each work day during mornings and evenings. The children visit the Centre before or after they go to school for their usual classes. Currently, there are around 100 children coming to the Centre to receive support in completing their homework.

In addition, the Tranzit Centre offers an educative program similar to the Kindergarten curricula. It includes two groups – the first group supports children aged 2-5; and the second group supports pre-school children aged 5-7 years old. Furthermore, the pre-school children are prepared for registration in the first school grade through the support of the educators and teachers in the Tranzit Centre.

CONCORDIA Tranzit also has a Music School which provides lessons in many instruments such as: flute, sax, clarinet, violin, cello, piano, guitar and bassguitar. Within the CONCORDIA Music School, there is also the Tranzit Orchestra and Choir. The Orchestra numbers around 30 children while the Choir around 23 children in total.

All of the program users of CONCORDIA Tranzit project are provided with a warm meal served daily. The Centre remains open from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
